Man Arrested After Throwing Bag of Guns and Cash from Window During Eviction

CHICAGO, IL – January 2, 2025 – A 19-year-old man, Brian Smith, was arrested by the Cook County Sheriff’s Office during a court-ordered eviction after he allegedly threw a bag containing illegal firearms, ammunition, and cash out of a window.
